Hey Everyone!

Little Sister (Miss Shaylea Gallagher,) is in some financial trouble.

Her foot is fractured (at least that was the last I heard) and her doctor can’t yet figure out what to do with it. She also attends The Art Institute and needs to pay student loans. I’m sure she has other things that need to be attended to; car insurance — phone bill — etc. etc. But the point is that she has things to pay and since her foot is injured she hasn’t been able to work.

So, she’s looking to take art commissions in the meanwhile.

I fucking HATE this meme of ‘ooh, gurl she don’t need no man!!!’ cuz it feeds from the very RACIST notion that Black women lack the need for love and affection and tenderness, all of which Martha Jones fucking CRAVED throughout season 3 and was DENIED on a regular basis.

Martha Jones was a woman who grew to realize that she isn’t some phantom companion the Doctor used to have, and that was OKAY because she was capable in her own right.

But she wanted her Doctor.

Let there be no mistake about that.

She WANTED the Doctor, but left because she knew she could never have him.
